Unfortunately, reservation dates and times cannot be changed once your purchase has been processed. All sales are FINAL. No refunds; no exceptions.
I purchased an Entry voucher; where do I park?
There are no parking options available at Hāʻena State Park without a Parking voucher. Valid forms of transportation with an Entry voucher are via walking, a non-motorized vehicle, rideshare/taxi, or carpooling with a Hawaiian Resident with State Issued ID.

Does my Parking reservation provide Entry to ALL passengers within the car?
Yes, the Entry fee for all passengers within the vehicle is included with the purchase of a Parking reservation.
If we purchased the Morning pass, do we need to purchase an Afternoon voucher to stay all day?
Yes, multiple timeslots can be purchased to stay at the Park for an extended period.
My reservation states the time of entry is 6:30am – 12:30pm. Does that mean I have to leave the Park by 12:30?
Yes, you can enter the Park anytime within your reservation time slot but must leave the Park once your reservation has ended.
I booked a Morning parking reservation and plan on hiking to Hanakapi'ai Falls. Do we have to be back before 12:30pm?
Yes, the time periods listed on your reservation ticket must be followed to allow other visitors to make their reservation. We would recommend booking both the Morning and Afternoon timeslots when hiking to Hanakapi'ai Falls.
